What Conflict Management style do u use

I think the style i use most is sometimes avoidance. And at other times i like to use collaboration because u both will get something out of it on both sides. Win-Win situation. Or i would go the other way and choose avoidance because sometimes i just dont want to deal with the problem, and i would just be silent or just brush it off. I think its pretty effective with both kind of ways, depending on the situation.
